loungin' at liz's

hanging out at elizabeth's duplex was very low-key -- telling jokes, enjoying dip, singing songs, then sharing some prayer requests and praying for each other.
we decided to meet one last time before christmas break. on the 19th, we'll celebrate rob & lauren's birthdays with some treats then hear rob's life story and play nick's game. the location is undetermined, but how's about we'll figure it out at the christmas party?

dinner & a concert

last night was a shema service in which our dear erica participated. everyone wanted to attend, so we settled for a small group dinner then dash over to shema for some worship.
dinner was perfectly wonderful -- i made lasagna, liz brought a salad & lauren provided the french bread.
i could eat it every night of my life and die a happy woman.

this is what happens when you set up a timer shot series, say 'everyone pretend something's really funny!', run, sit down, and laugh hilariously...
